Dr. Ammar Younas is a globally recognised legal practitioner, arbitrator, and authority on AI Governance, Technology Law, FinTech Regulations, AI Ethics, and Cross-Cultural Regulatory Strategy. Licensed in four jurisdictions and serving on 25+ international arbitration panels, he brings over a decade of hands-on experience advising governments, financial institutions, and technology enterprises across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Holding eight degrees spanning Medicine, Finance, International Relations, Political Marketing, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, and Chinese Law, including an LLM from Tsinghua University (Valedictorian) and a PhD in Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Ammar brings a genuinely multidisciplinary lens to technology law and governance.
